Freshman Basketball
Head Coach: Geoff Rose

Geoff Rose is a Co-founder of Prime Performance and Development
which was founded in March of 2013. He is certified by the NSCA. Rose
started his career at Clemson University where he was a student assistant for
the Men's Basketball team from 2007-2010. During that time, Rose also worked
under the Strength and Conditioning program assisting Head Strength Coach
Preston Greene. His time at Clemson included a Top 25 AP ranking every season
as well as 3 trips to the NCAA Tournament.

In 2010 Rose served as Coordinator of Operations for the
University of Delaware Men's Basketball team. Rose helped guide Delaware to a
14-17 record and finished 7th in the CAA. After a year at Delaware Rose joined
Concordia College as an assistant Coach as well as the Strength Coach for Men's
Basketball. Coach's primary responsibilities included assisting in all
facets of recruiting, practice planning, and skill development. Rose also
created and oversaw all weight and conditioning programs in and off-season. In
his 2 year stint Rose helped the Clippers to an overall 25-29 record as well as
reach the CACC Playoffs for the 1st time in school history.

Todd Hommel - Assistant Coach

Todd graduated from Western Connecticut State University in 1991 where he played basketball for four years for the Colonials. Currently, Todd is a board member, director, and coach for the Minutemen AAU program in Westchester.  In 2013, playing in
the AAU national tournament, Todd helped guide his 11th grade team to a 3rd
place finish.  In  2014, Todd followed that up with a fourth place finish with  his 10th grade team at AAU Nationals. Previously, Todd was the assistant coach at Iona Prep Lower School where he helped lead the Gaels to three 8th grade CYO Westchester County championships , and two NY State CYO Championships. Todd also served as President of his local civic association in Bronxville where he resides with his wife Peggy and two children Owen and Regen.
